Our vision is to inspire more women in tech to become mentors, and equip more women in tech to find mentors and sponsors.
Mentorship and sponsorship are key drivers for success, yet women can have a hard time in finding mentors and sponsors, especially the ones with influence.
This workshop is determined to show how it is never too early to mentor someone. There is always a woman coming up behind you that will benefit from your journey. You will master how to initiate and manage the relationship with a mentor or a sponsor as a mentee. Learn key steps and hear stories from other women on how they secured their mentor and/or sponsor.
Who should join?
- Women in technology functions
- Women aspiring to be in tech
- Women looking for skills to secure mentors and sponsors
