She has 4 degrees marrying her experience as a corporate strategist, management consultant and entrepreneur with organizational behaviour, industrial psychology, employee experience, organizational culture, M&A, post-merger integration, change management and strategic expansion of MNCs across Asia.
She has spoken at SXSW and regularly speaks at regional conferences, professional events and universities regarding digital & organizational transformation, org design, employee experience and the future of work.
In her free time she mentors start-ups in Singapore, works with Female Founders to promote female entrepreneurship and funding, is a Talent Trust charity advisor, a member of Singapore Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising (SWIMMA), Lean In Singapore | Women in Tech, INSEAD and Boston University alumni organizations and is on the board of Project Expedite Justice (PEJ), a non-profit that aides and educates human rights investigations globally.
