Daphne notably spent close to 10 years in the corporate banking sector, with most part of her banking career specializing in trade and supply chain finance for large corporates and global MNCs. Currently, she is the CEO of JEDTrade, a digital trade platform connecting supply chains and lenders with the aim of making trade and working capital flow more efficiently for businesses. She is also Head, Inclusive Finance of Infocorp Technologies that specializes in the implementation of blockchain technology to solve last mile payment problems for the unbanked.
Daphne lends her domain expertise as a regular trainer, industry speaker and article contributor on topics relating to supply chain, and applications of blockchain and new technologies in trade. Her current industry accreditations and engagements include: Committee Member, Singapore Fintech Association; Head of Inclusion, ACCESS Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association; Exco Member, Supply Chain Asia; Fellow (Fintech), Singapore University of Social Sciences; Knowledge Partner, International Trading Institute @ SMU.
