Lay Lim holds two roles in Accenture – Geographic Unit Managing Director of ASEAN, and Country Managing Director of Singapore. As an Accenture leader, she has set up three greenfield practices for the firm in Asia Pacific – CRM, Accenture Sustainability Services and Accenture Analytics. In her close to 30 years with the firm, Lay Lim has worked in Seoul and Shanghai, and is presently based in Singapore.
Outside of Accenture, Lay Lim has served on the Boards of Singapore Land Authority and the Council for the Third Age. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the School of Information Systems at the Singapore Management University and she is co-chair for the Modern Services Sub-Committee on the Committee for the Future Economy. Lay Lim is also one of BoardAgender’s Champion of Change, supporting and promoting gender-balanced businesses in Singapore.
