Estella Chen is the founder and CEO of MandarinX. Previously, she was a professor at universities conducting business English courses at college of commerce.
She obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC) where her passion for applied linguistics began to take root. She also earned her doctoral degree from the USC’s Rossier School of Education, whose dissertation on online Mandarin learning won the Dissertation of the Year award. Her research interests and practical experiences are increasingly sought after among online language education professionals and academics.
