Helen is a founding partner of GreenOcean Group, a sustainable business consultancy focused on helping companies grows profitably through addressing social and environmental issues.
She is passionate about diversity and inclusion across gender, generations and geographies. Helen founded the Singapore Chapter after reading Lean In and being unable to accept that unless there is significant change gender parity will not be achieved in her lifetime. She is committed to do her part, however small, in empowering women to Lean In to their career aspirations.
