Stephen Miles is the Chief Technology Officer for the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. Based in Singapore, Stephen heads the Technical Architecture/Solutions organization of CA Technologies in APJ, working closely with the sales organization and the partner community to deliver greater customer value.
In this capacity, Stephen is responsible for technology thought leadership and solution innovation. This involves the conception and delivery of comprehensive IT management solutions to meet the growing needs of customers in the Application Economy. Stephen is also focused on developing the capability of the business technology architecture teams and driving greater customer collaboration and interworking. In addition, Stephen is chartered to drive the communication service provider (CSP) business for CA Technologies in APJ.
Prior to this role, Stephen was Vice President for CA’s Enterprise Management business where he helped customers across many industries in APJ optimize their business service performance across physical, virtual and cloud environments.
Stephen has more than 20 years of experience in IT software, networking and telecommunications industries. He ran the regional business operations for leading networking and software management organizations including Bay Networks, Nortel and EMC in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining CA Technologies in 2009, Stephen was Vice President of Sales for the Infrastructure Management Group at EMC, where he specialized in service assurance solutions for service providers and enterprises.
